1. Definitons and Scope
Under these Terms, "Consultative Scope" or "Services" denotes the evaluation analysis, procedural visualization, and pipeline modeling provided by Radian Financial Audits (Radian Inc.). "Client" refers to any corporate entity or representative booking diagnostic tests. "Results" indicates reports issued post-review.
2. Permitted Commercial Use
Our platform and published metrics are reserved for commercial entities looking to strengthen financial processes. You agree not to map, capture, or reproduce layout blocks or text structures for competitive reuse.
3. Consultative Scope & Diagnostic Reviews
Radian conducts external mapping of system processing speeds, control chains, and workflow handoffs. Diagnostic materials and reports correspond strictly to data files provided directly by your representatives.
4. Booking Confirmations & Commitments
Submitting digital requirements through our scheduling structure does not bind Radian to a contract. Agreements are fully realized only upon mutual signature of a formal Scope of Work document.
5. Prices & Currency Standards
All price schedules and service fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to Ontario provincial HST unless structured differently within active, written contractual quotes.
6. Operational Rescheduling
Scheduling dates for in-depth workshops may be adjusted up to 48 hours in advance without fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to coordination charges depending on reserve auditor availability.
7. Responsibilities of the Client
Clients must supply current, correct procedural logs. Incomplete file context, delayed access to core personnel, or false operational details will release Radian from performance targets.
8. Intellectual Property Protections
The code patterns, mathematical frameworks, and custom layout frameworks of this domain are the exclusive copyright of Radian Inc. Authorized clients receive personal, non-transferable rights to review provided operational maps.
9. Corporate Confidentiality
We treat all client operational information as proprietary. Business logs and internal systems metrics provided for review are protected under mutual NDA agreements.
10. No Declarations / Limited Guarantees
This web workspace is made available on an "as is" and "as available" framework. While we strive to avoid errors, we make no representation that digital links will be perpetually secure or completely free from error.
11. Limitation of Legal Liability
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Radian, its directors, or its analysts be liable to any Client for indirect, punitive, or circumstantial financial losses arising from recommendations made during process optimization reviews.
12. Indemnification obligations
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radian and its representatives from any legal liabilities, damages, or defense costs arising from improper deployment of process changes.
13. Third-Party Interactions
Reference tools such as built-in maps and analytical scripts operate under third-party guidelines. We do not vouch for or guarantee the continuous availability of external components.
14. Terms Adjustments and Expirations
We reserve right to suspend consultative access to any company or representative found violates these Terms. Expired clauses remain binding post termination.
15. Acts of God / Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including municipal utility failures, federal emergency restrictions, or systemic ISP collapses.
16. Jurisdictional Grounding & Applicable Laws
These Terms are governed by the provincial laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal dispute or administrative action must be lodged strictly with competent municipal courts in the Waterloo Region.
17. Updates to the Terms
Radian reserves the right to modify these guidelines. Your continued interaction with the domain after updates verifies acceptance of changed terms.
